This is a complex consisting of 278 units that we're are currently doing roof maintenance on the entire complex for. This involves replacing broken concrete roof tiles, cleaning out blocked flashings or replacing where necessary, repairing damaged ridges and hips, and checking for broken or loose rake verge tiles.
